In this update, Kirk Crager and Josh Hibbard share about the June 8 launch of Living Stones Church in Boise and setting aside time for prayer as we move into this season of transition.

The elder teams from both New City and Cole Community met last week and voted enthusiastically to continue to move forward with this process to become a new church together. As we look ahead to our next steps, we want to begin to provide a framework for what we hope this new church will become.

As a pastoral team, we want to have conversations, listen well, and answer your questions over the coming weeks. We’ve put together a list of initial questions that we expect may come up.

At our members’ meeting on February 2, we invited our church family to begin the process of prayerfully considering the possibility of forming what would essentially be a “new” local church in partnership with Cole Community Church.
